1.What materials can you provide for the seals?

We can provide FFKM, FKM, HNBR, EPDM, Aflas, VMQ, PU, PTFE, PEEK, UHMWPE, Rulon and so on.

2. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

We have our own design department and have offered design services for thousands of cooperative partners. OEM accepts and
offer a confidentiality agreement. a “business secret contract” for your design safe.

3. If you can accept OEM or ODM , what is the quantity ?

We are a professional OEM manufacturer , we do not have MOQ for any products.

4. Unless the O ring , if you can produce the other shaped rubber ?

Yes! Just give us drawings or samples, and we will adopt your requirements to design high-precision molds.

5. For standard sizes product, are they in stock and are the sizes available?

Yes. We have built up a complete inventory. We have sizes and molds for different standard systems in stock so that we can ship quickly.

6. Does the factory have the corresponding qualifications?

Yes, we have ISO9001, environmental protection certificate, a production license, and a series of patent certificates.

7. How can we guarantee quality?

Always a pre-production sample before mass production and a final inspection before shipment.

8.What kind of plastic products can your factory make?

Custom PTFE,Rulon, POM, Nylon, UHMWPE and so on.

9.Which kind information need for quotation?

10. How about the samples?

After mold finished, We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold.

11. What’s your delivery time?

For regular products, we keep them in stock. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, usually 7~25 days.

12.How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

13. How about your production capacity,and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

14. Can I get the free sample?

If your product is standard, and we have stock. We would like to send your free sample to test quality.

15. Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality?

Small orders are also welcomed, and we will provide free samples for the first order of new customers.

16. What are the shipping methods?

We cooperate with professional logistics companies to provide express, air, land and sea transportation. We can solve the customer’s transportation and customs declaration requirements for you, and even help you clear customs home.

17. How long is the service life of a seal?

In fact, the service life of the seal and the specific working conditions are inseparable. The same kind of seal, in response to different external environment, media properties and acidity, working pressure, temperature, etc., its life is different, and can even vary greatly. A seal can be used in many different types of machinery, in the normal working condition, each machine may have a different life expectancy.

Under normal working conditions, each machine may be different, so that the life of the seal will also be different.
